Art as a Mode of Enquiry: Illusions & Discrepant Events in STEAM

Illusions and discrepant events test our perceptions, challenge our cognition, and give us opportunities to better understand the world we live in.

Medesthai is proud to launch this parent-led STEAM initiative, as a model of Medesthai's core approach to Learning Across the Lifespan, through partnerships between Primary, Secondary, and Post-Graduate centres of learning in South West England.

We’ve designed a programme of developmentally appropriate, learner-led projects, and paired them together as a means of collecting scientific data about how illusions help us understand more about how we think, feel, see, and move.

The project fosters confidence in collaborative, transdisciplinary, enquiry-based active learning.

This series is by invitation only, if you would like further information, please contact
